Our History

BizLeadhers has operated under several names over its history, reflecting its evolution and expanding mission: it began as PlaNet Finance, later became Positive Planet US, and is known today as BizLeadhers — a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 52-2228170) focused on empowering women entrepreneurs.

U.S. operations launched in 2020, building on the organization’s earlier international work across Africa, Asia, and Europe. Since then, BizLeadhers has trained and mentored over 1,300 entrepreneurs online in the U.S. while remaining a 100% volunteer-led organization.
